MY STORY
On Brand Marketing began with one simple belief: people do business with people.
I'm Martiene, and I've spent 20 years growing fitness businesses - it's my jam. I started as a PT, worked my way to Regional Fitness Manager at Fitness First, and launched Total Fusion, the first fusion fitness brand in Australia. We got 1,000 members in the first month with no website, no class timetable, and no physical location.
That experience taught me something powerful: the right strategy paired with genuine connection can make the impossible feel effortless.
I've helped yoga, pilates and Studios scale over the past decade, and I've seen firsthand what happens when businesses try to do it all alone - the overwhelm, the scattered messaging, the "throwing spaghetti at the wall" approach that drains your energy and bank account.
So I created On Brand Marketing to be the partner I wish I'd had when I was building those businesses from scratch. Someone who gets it. Someone who's been there. Someone who knows how to build real systems that work.
